After launching our children’s books during lockdown and relying on digital sales, it has been so good to get out and about at actual, physical events! In May and July, the Little Potato Press team packed up pages, paraphernalia and lolly sticks and set up stall at the Whitehaven Traders’ Market in St Nicholas Gardens.
It was fantastic to get out and meet real life people and chat to them about our books, introduce them to ‘Howard and Emily’ and share the joy of reading stories with little people that we love.
Our books are aimed at EYFS and KS1 children, are original stories and characters, contain beautiful full colour illustrations and are produced and printed locally. Not forgetting that 10% from each sale goes to support Hospice at Home West Cumbria and Maryport’s HUG A MUG. At only £5 each and A5 sized, they are the perfect stocking filler. And check out our charity Christmas cards too!
