Client: Baltic Holidays
Brief: To work with the team to develop an effective marketing & communications strategy and plan to support the expansion of the business and develop new routes to market.
Description: Baltic Holidays is an independent travel specialist providing bespoke holidays, hand-picked escorted tours and tailor-made packages to the Baltic States, Russia, Scandinavia and Eastern Europe. Operating successfully since 1999 the company has recently undergone a restructure and the team are expanding the business to develop new markets - not only adding more destinations to their product list but working with new suppliers and partners to create themed tours and special interest travel packages. To coincide with the expansion and restructure they asked me to work with them to develop a marketing and communications strategy that will help maximise their resources, strengthen their brand and explore new routes to market. I have been working with them to put targeted action plans in place, improve overall customer experience and increase efficiency of internal and external marketing & communication procedures. We have also recently redeveloped and launched a brand new website
Moving forwards, I will work alongside in-house team members to identify opportunities, deliver marketing tasks and monitor and evaluate activity.
