Project: PR & Comms consultancy for SMT and mentorship for internal staff member at Eclipse Wholesale Limited.
Brief: To provide ongoing PR & comms consultancy support for SMT & mentorship for junior member of the team.
Description: Eclipse Wholesale Limited is a fast growing Northeast based channel first telecommunications solutions provider, offering market leading and innovative services throughout the whole of the UK for broadband, ethernet leased lines, SIP trunking, IoT, mobile and managed billing. With a huge range of products and services and an increasing geographical customer base, the marketing & comms function has a huge remit. With only one junior member of staff in place, the company needed help to create and implement policies and procedures, develop strategic plans, co-orindate a brand refresh and provide ongoing mentorship and support.
Support provided: Weekly check-ins with staff member to plan and prioritise workload; help in creating strategic plans and timelines; support with target setting and monitoring and evaluation activity; editing and proofing copy; attendance and input into monthly meetings with SMT; co-ordination of brand refresh and support with rollout across digital and print channels.
