Project: PR & Comms mentorship for internal staff member at Centre for Leadership Performance
Brief: To provide marketing, PR & comms support & mentorship for a member of the team over a 12-month period.
Description: With a huge range of products, services and leadership development programmes being delivered in businesses, organisations and educational settings across the county, the Centre for Leadership’s marketing & comms function has a huge remit. Currently a team of one, the individual was predominantly trained and skilled in digital marketing and needed some extra support to manage and develop the wider comms functions and planning.
Support provided: Weekly check-ins to plan and prioritise workload; help in creating strategic plans and timelines; copy-writing, editing and proofing; awards entries; general advice and support.
